Our Legal team has professional expertise in corporate, civil, criminal, constitutional matters as well as drafting of all kinds of agreements, deeds etc. Our legal team is also providing assistance in legal issues i.e correspondence with the governments departments, giving advice and solutions to internal problems of the Company in accordance with corporate law.
Mission of Legal Team:
- The main task of the legal team is monitoring the legislative changes at the national and international level and deals the affairs of the company in accordance with law.
- Coordination with governments departments.
- Legal team has a great responsibility to leading, managing and motivating the company staff at legal issues.
- Drafting, commenting and editing in contracts/deeds is prime task of the legal team to secure the company rights as well as customers rights.
- Providing legal support, evaluation and consultation to the company management.
- Represent the company in legal matters in courts, authorities, tribunal etc at provincial as well as federal level.
